For a good coexistence, the rules below must be followed so that your pet feels comfortable and in harmony with the hotel environment.
Rules for pet accommodation
You are allowed to share 01 (one) sociable pet – male/female dog, over 06 months old and small or medium-sized, up to 10 (ten) kilos, in your apartment.
Large pets will only be allowed to stay after approval by the board of directors, whose price and accommodation conditions will be validated in advance during the reservation process;
A fee of R$ 100.00 (one hundred reais) per day will be charged for natural special cleaning of the accommodation after check-out, in order to prevent the next guest from noticing any smell or hair that could remain in the accommodation.
Your pet must be accustomed to being alone in the apartment, without barking or crying, when its owner is away from the hotel, preserving silence. Otherwise, the owner must take the pet for walks outside, as there are guests living next door.
The pet may only be allowed to roam around the apartment and outside areas, and always with a leash and companion.
Your pet must be treated for fleas and other possible parasites. At check-in, the pet must wear an antiparasitic collar and must present its vaccination card, which must include the rabies vaccine. Check-in will not be possible without it.
The owner is responsible for and guarantees that the pet will be as quiet as possible, so as not to disturb other guests.
The owner must pick up its feces and ensure that it does not urinate on the hotel premises. If it is found that the owner has not picked up his/her pet's feces or allowed the pet to urinate inside the apartment or in any other common areas described above, the hotel will clean the apartment and, at its sole discretion, may charge the owner an additional cleaning fee of up to R$200.00 (two hundred reais), which will be compulsorily debited from the owner's apartment bill.
It is absolutely necessary for each pet to have its own hygiene mat in the room (the hotel does not provide this or other items) in the case of dogs, and a litter box in the case of cats.
The pet must always be kept on a leash, no matter how tame it is.
The pet is not allowed to circulate in the hotel's common areas, such as: games room, gym, reception, common hall, swimming pools, restaurant, function rooms and halls.
No items from the apartment's bedding, such as sheets, towels, blankets, duvets, pillows, plates, glasses, among others, may be used for your pet. These items must be provided by the owner himself/herself.
Your room will only be cleaned in the presence of the pet owner, if the pet is in the room. Any damage that may occur to the fabrics or furniture in the apartment will be fully reimbursed according to the amounts provided by the hotel management.
You are responsible for feeding your pet.
For your information, there is a pet food and supplies store near Praia Sol Hotel. The store also has a veterinary clinic and a bathing and grooming area, as well as a pet hotel.
If the pet does not adapt or does not comply with the rules established between the parties (owner and hotel), this will result in early check-out from the accommodation, or the pet will be transferred to the pet hotel partner of Praia Sol Hotel, mentioned above, at the owner's discretion.
